The Beijiang BDM9.325 Glass Angle Changing Edging Machine is a high-performance 9-spindle glass bevel processing equipment. The whole machine adopts HT250 high-strength cast iron frame with excellent shock absorption and rigid structure, ensuring no deformation during long-term continuous operation and maintaining permanent processing accuracy. This machine comes with standard manual control and 5-motor integral angle changing system, supporting multi-stage angle adjustment from 0° to 45°. It completes full-process processing including glass bevel rough grinding, fine grinding, polishing, and front & rear arris finishing in one feeding pass. Industrial PLC touch screen control system is available as an upgraded optional configuration, specially designed for high-end standardized and mass production. It supports digital parameter setting, multi-group processing formula storage and real-time equipment operation monitoring, allowing one-click parameter recall without repeated manual debugging. It effectively reduces manual errors, improves processing consistency and greatly boosts production efficiency, ideal for high-precision and large-volume glass deep processing.
